Book This BoatAbout the Dream On Sport Fishing Charter
Dream On is a 35′ Cabo Express and the flagship of a long-established Playas del Coco sport fishing operation. The Cabo Express is a hull favored by charter captains and seasoned anglers worldwide, and this one is rigged for serious offshore work — small propeller pockets and clean underwater lines create two ideal trolling alleys behind the transom, putting more baits in the strike zone and raising your odds of a hookup. Twin 435hp CAT diesels get you to the bluewater fast and bring you home smooth.
Comfort is built in. Dream On carries a fully air-conditioned cabin, a full galley with ample seating, and a private bathroom, so a long day offshore stays an easy one. She accommodates up to eight guests, with a cockpit designed for the fight — settle in and wait for the unmistakable sound of a screaming drag.
Experience runs deep on this boat. Dream On is captained by Angel Garcia, who has fished the Guanacaste waters for nearly fifty years and is regarded as one of the most respected captains in the Northern Zone, with a first mate aboard to help with anything you need. Owner Rick Graham and his crew are known for looking after every detail, right down to complimentary ground transport that picks you up at the beach or hotel nearest your stay — so even though Dream On runs from Coco, the rest of the Guanacaste coast is well within reach.
The fishing is world-class year-round. These northern Pacific waters hold Blue, Striped, and Black Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin and bigeye Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, and Roosterfish, each peaking in its own season but landing trophy fish all twelve months. Whether you're chasing billfish offshore or working the inshore structure for roosters, Dream On has the boat, the gear, and the local knowledge to put you on them.

Preparing for Your Dream On Charter
- Sun protection: A hat and polarized sunglasses — polarized lenses cut the glare off the water and help you spot fish.
- Lotion sunscreen (no spray): The tropical sun is intense; bring high-SPF lotion sunscreen, since sprays are hard to control and leave residue on the deck.
- Swimsuit and towel: Wear your swimsuit if you'd like to cool off between bites and pack a towel to dry off.
- Camera in a waterproof case: Bring a phone or camera in a waterproof case, or a dedicated waterproof camera, to capture your catch.
